1 Definitions

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a playy99 account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
• You must be registering as an individual using your own true identity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not already hold an existing playy99 account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on playy99 or have an active suspension imposed by playy99 on any previous account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.

When registering on playy99 you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must keep this information updated at all times. playy99 reserves the right to close accounts where registration information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your playy99 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person and must not allow any third party to access your account.

You must notify playy99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your password has been compromised. playy99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or has shared login details with a third party.

playy99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its reasonable discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that may harm the platform, other players, or third parties. In such cases, any balance may be held pending investigation, and playy99 reserves the right to withhold funds found to be the proceeds of prohibited activity.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on playy99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). playy99 supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, and major Pakistan commercial banks including HBL, MCB, UBL, and others listed on the platform at the time of transaction. The available payment methods may be updated periodically.

Minimum deposit: As specified on the playy99 Cashier page at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum limits may vary by payment method.

Withdrawal processing: playy99 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Cashier page. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. playy99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal.

PKR withdrawal limits: Standard account withdrawal limits and Diamond VIP tier elevated limits are published in your account settings. Single withdrawals in excess of the standard limit may require additional verification. Players in the Royal Black Diamond tier may have bespoke withdrawal arrangements agreed directly with their dedicated playy99 account manager.

• Funds deposited by a specific payment method must in general be withdrawn to the same payment method, subject to playy99's operational capabilities at the time of the withdrawal request.
• playy99 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to payment methods belonging to third parties. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the player's own name.
• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered player's own payment method may be returned or held pending investigation.
• Any bank transfer fees, mobile wallet transaction fees, or third-party processing fees charged by the payment provider are the responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

playy99 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your playy99 account must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game contributions: Different game categories may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms. Live casino games and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in each promotion. Expired bonus funds and related winnings will be removed from the account without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time on playy99 unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse playy99 bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising risk — is considered bonus abuse and will result in the removal of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

playy99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice, provided that such amendment does not retroactively disadvantage players who have already fulfilled the stated requirements of an active promotion.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on playy99 are subject to the specific game rules published by the relevant game provider. By participating in any game on the platform, you accept the applicable game rules as part of your agreement with playy99.

All playy99 casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested for fairness by approved third-party testing laboratories. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages stated for each game are accurate and reflect the long-term theoretical return over millions of game rounds — they do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

• In the event of a software or technical error during any game, the affected round will be voided and the wager amount will be returned to your balance. Game outcomes produced by technical errors are not valid and will not be honoured.
• playy99 reserves the right to void any wager that has been placed at incorrect odds or on markets made available in error.
• For live dealer games, the ruling of the on-screen dealer and/or the game studio's floor supervisor is final, subject to any reasonable technical error review by playy99 support.
• For sports betting markets, playy99 follows industry-standard settlement rules for each sport. Specific market settlement rules are published in the Sportsbook Help section of the platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the playy99 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one playy99 account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point of interaction with playy99.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting systems, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage on playy99.
• Colluding with other players in any game, particularly in poker or any competitive multi-player format.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to valid playy99 deposits. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Using playy99 in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Systematically transferring funds between players through deliberate bet manipulation ("chip dumping") or any other method designed to circumvent banking terms.
• Accessing playy99 using a VPN, proxy, or other technology specifically for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or hiding your true identity.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the playy99 platform — including but not limited to the playy99 name and logo, the platform's design and layout, all text, graphics, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of playy99 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the playy99 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the playy99 platform or its content.

9 Limitation of Liability

The playy99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, playy99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

playy99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if playy99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

playy99's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the PKR value of the player's account balance at the time the claim arises, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits playy99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Privacy and Data

playy99 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By using the playy99 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

playy99 will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and meet legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

playy99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We provide a comprehensive suite of self-management tools accessible from your account settings, including:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps that cannot be increased immediately.
• Session time limits — configure maximum session durations with automatic logout.
• Reality check reminders — periodic pop-up notifications showing time elapsed and session activity.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account restrictions of 24 hours up to 30 days, activatable immediately.
• Self-exclusion — a permanent or long-term account closure option that playy99 will not reverse during the selected exclusion period regardless of player request.

12 Amendments to These Terms

playy99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their playy99 account, or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the playy99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your playy99 account before the amendment's effective date. Any PKR balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in the normal manner, provided your account is in good standing.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the playy99 platform's operational jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between a player and playy99 arising from these Terms or from the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through playy99's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].

playy99's support team will acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 working days. Players who are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute process may seek recourse through any applicable external dispute resolution mechanism available in their jurisdiction.
